The two brothers were developers who had experience in real estate and had previously built residential communities in Wisconsin and Texas. The two brothers bought almost 4200 acres outside of Murfreesboro and converted the land into the newest community in the state. The two wanted to create a master-planned community with retail centers and services for residents once they moved in.
